🙇‍♂️दमकता चेहरा हसती हुई आंखें/Glowing face smiling eyes.

 

दोस्तो 💁‍♀️👇

आज हर किसी को चेहरा, आंखें, बाल, नाखून, त्वचा आदि पे चमक चाहिये। ख़ूबसूरत दिखना है। और लाखो मैं खर्च करते हैं! खूबसुरत दिखने के लिए। 

फिर भी वो सब स्थाई नहीं होता है! और कुछ दिन बाद फिर वही इलाज लो। तो ऐसा कोई ऊपाय है क्या है? जिससे हम ये सब भी प्राप्त कर लें! और स्थिर भी हो। 

अंदर से यानी मनसे और  तन के अंदर बाहर से खूबसूरत हो। पहली बात की आप सकारात्मक रहे। स्वस्थ तन मन के लिए ज़रूरी है कि, प्रकृति भोजन खाएं, सोने के टाइम से लेकर जागने तक का टाइम फिक्स करें।  

यही हमें प्रकृति से सीखना भी होगा! समय के साथ हर काम करना। सिर्फ प्राकृतिक खाने पीने से ही नहीं हो सकता है सब ओवर ऑल  ठीक करना होता है। और ये सिर्फ कुछ समय तक करने से भी नहीं होगा! जीवनशैली हमेशा के लिए ऐसे बनायें रखना होगा।  

आजकल लोगो को परिश्रम नहीं करना है। बिना महनत के सब चाहिये। अगर आपको तन मिला है ''तो मेरे प्यारे दोस्तों " उसका जीतना सही इस्तमाल ज्यादा करोगे! और निखेरेगा बिना किसी सर्जरी बिना किसी कॉस्मेटिक्स के। हर इंसान की शरीर की शक्ति बहुत है। जो इस बात को जान लेते हैं, सही इस्तमाल कर लेते हैं वे लोग दुनिया जीत लेते हैं।

🙇‍♂️ क्या मैंने कभी सोचा था की मै भी एक्ट्रेस बनूंगी/ Did I ever think that I too will become an actress) IN COMPLETE STORY 

आजकल लोगो की मनसिकता के अनुसार दुनिया जीतना सफल व्यक्ति उसी को समझते है! कोई बड़ा धमाल कर रहा हो, देश के उसका नाम अमीर लोगो मैं आता है या नहीं!! जैसे कितना बड़ा स्टारडम है, कितना बड़ा बिजनेस है, कितना बड़ा राजनेता है इत्यादी।  

तो मेरे कहने का मतलब है हमें इस मानसिकता से बाहर आना होगा।       

चहरे पे हांसी हो, मन कोई जलन न हो किसी के लिए, कुछ पाने या खोने का भय ना हो, हम कोई काम करे तो पूरी लगन से करे! उद्देश से ना भटकें। मन पर नियंत्रण हो।  

ये क्या कर रहे हैं, वो क्या कर रहे हैं, क्या किया, कैसे किया, ये सब सोचने की वजह ये सोचे कि, आप क्या कर रहे हैं?? कैसे कर रहे हैं? क्यों कर रहे हैं? विश्वास किज़िये बहुत परिवर्तन कर लेंगे आप स्वयं मैं।  

आपको पता है कुछ भी असंभव नहीं है दुनिया में मनुष्‍य के लिए बस वो सही तरह से कोशिश करता रहे। लाइफ मे क्या और कितना मिलता है वो तो आपके कर्म और नसीब दोनो को पर निर्भार है। पर आपकी खुशी, चेहरे की चमक सब कुछ आपके अंदर ही है।  

बाहरी खुशी थोड़े समय के लिए, पर असली खुशी के लिए आप स्वयं को अंदर से चमकाये, बाकी सब अपने आप होने लगेगा। हर किसी को देख के उसके जैसे बनने के स्वभाव सबसे पहले बदल लें। सूर्योदय से पहले उठने की आदत बनाये, ध्यान करे, प्रार्थना करे, योग और व्यायाम करे! 

रोज पासीना बहाए 24 घंटे मे कमसे कम एक बार पूरे शरीर मे खून का तेज से बहाव होना जरुरी। दौड़ना, योग, व्यायाम, साइकिल चलाना, नृत्य ये सब तेज़ व्यायाम है शरीर के लिए बहुत ही अच्छे है। 

अगर आपको कोई बीमारी है तो किसी विशेषज्ञ के देख रेख मैं अभ्यास करे। बड़ी बड़ी समस्याएँ भी खत्म हो जाती है। और धीरे-धीरे आपका अंदर बाहर से चमकना शुरू हो जाता है! 

इसमे धेर्या की जरूरत होती है। परिणम धीरे मिलते है पर स्थिर होते हैं!

Today everyone wants glow on face, eyes, hair, nails, skin etc.  Have to look beautiful.  And they spend millions! To look beautiful.  

Yet all that is not permanent, And after a few days again takes the same treatment.  So is there such a solution?  So that we can get all this too!  And be stable.  

From inside soul and your body should be beautiful from inside or out both. The first thing you do is stay positive.  For a healthy body and mind, it is necessary to eat natural food, fix the time from sleeping time to waking up.  

This is what we have to learn from nature too!  Do everything on time.  It is not possible to do only by eating natural food, we have to change to ourself to all over.  

And it won't happen just by doing it for a while!  Lifestyle has to be maintained like this forever.  Nowadays people don't have to work hard.  Everything is needed without effort.

If you have got a body then "my dear friends" will use it properly to win! And will grow without any surgery without any cosmetics. Every human body has a lot of power. Those who know this, use it properly.  

Those people win the world. "There is another problem"  Somebody is doing a big bang, whether his name comes to the rich people of the country or not !!  Like how big is stardom, how big is business, how big is a politician, etc.  

So I mean to say we have to come out of this mindset.

There should be laughter in the Face, there should not be any jealousy in the mind, there is no fear of getting or losing anything, if we do any work, then do it with full dedication!  

Don't deviate from the objective.  

Control the mind.  What are they doing, what are they doing, what did they do, how did they do it, the thinking  should be that, what are you doing??  

how are you doing?  Why are you doing?  Trust me, in you yourself will make a lot of changes.  You know that nothing is impossible, just keep trying in the right way. be  human being in the world.  

What and how much you get in life is dependent on both your karma and luck.  But your happiness, the glow of your face, everything is inside you.  External happiness for a short time, but for real happiness you shine from within, everything else will happen automatically.  

First of all change the nature of becoming like him by looking at everyone.  Make it a habit to wake up before sunrise, meditate, pray, do yoga and exercise!  It is necessary to have a fast flow of blood in the whole body at least once in 24 hours to sweat every day.  

Running, yoga, exercise, cycling, dancing, all these fast exercises are very good for the body.  If you have any disease then practice under the supervision of a specialist.  

Big problems also end.  And slowly your inside starts glowing from outside!  It requires patience.  Results come slowly but are stable!
